The villas

The spectacular entrance to the villas across a serene lotus pond leads to a stylish living/dining pavilion, which creates an ambience of sophistication and comfort. The gourmet kitchen is superbly appointed with European appliances. All bedrooms are king size with en-suite bathrooms and set under traditional Balinese alang-alang roofs.

Restaurant

Our chef, Chris Patzold, is new to Sentosa but not new to Bali, having worked at KU dE TA, Axiom, The Canggu Club and other notable venues. He brings a new and enthusiastic approach to food at our ‘Blossom’ restaurant while retaining the best of the earlier Thai dishes. Try his Carbonara-filled ravioli with parmesan ice-cream and garlic croutons or the Poached Salmon Fillet with Fennel slaw and a slab of roasted pineapple and its own jus; nothing pretentious but certainly some very delicious and inventive dishes.

The ambiance and décor of the restaurant are outstanding and it is probably one of the most beautiful restaurants in Bali.

The Gallery

The gallery doubles as a boutique for in-house guests and visitors to use. You can find all your basic amenities in here, such as sun cream, toiletries and medicine but you will also discover an enticing array of attractive gifts and souvenirs.

We have designer garments and jewellery as well as handicrafts, sarongs and other Balinese souvenirs. You can also book tours and activities at the desk and if you just want to have a wander around, it would be well worth while as the boutique has many interesting pieces of art work.

The mesmerising surf photography on display is also for sale but the main feature of the gallery is the cow-bone installation feature suspended in the centre of the room. It is made from three thousand cow bones, which have been polished and strung at different levels to create a curvaceous flowing form. The gallery is itself a work of art !

The stylish and elegant atmosphere of Sentosa is a beautiful setting for meetings, conferences, weddings and private events. We offer expert event consultancy services for both corporate and private functions; including birthday parties, private dinner parties, cocktail evenings, weddings, formal corporate functions, conferences and team building days. Meetings

The Rooftop Conference suite has a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, which is perfect for small meetings or large conferences. The conference suite has natural daylight and is fully air conditioned with WIFI & broadband internet access throughout. We can cater for meeting capacities for between 8 & 100 delegates with a range of refreshments and menus to suit your needs.

Weddings

Organising the biggest day of your life is no small matter. At Sentosa, we can help you make sure everything runs like clockwork.
